Future football is all about young talent, many young players come into the game at a young age, talent scouts are out from every club looking for the next possible superstar, these scouts do not just scow these shores but all over the world, if there is a whisper from one to another that a promising youngster has surfaced scouts will go and have a look,.More clubs now have set up academies to nurture the talent they find, coaching and training, prepares this up and coming possible superstar, they are employed as apprentices and the club pay wages, not all of the young hopefuls find a position at the same club that found them, they are graded like eggs you buy in a supermarket, for quality, those with the most promise will play in the reserve league still wearing the club shirt so representing the club, it is at this stage that these youngsters have the belief that they may progress to first team football.
These potentials are now taught that the club they represent expect them to conduct themselves in the best interest to the club, politeness and decorum, so if they do progress to the first team they conduct themselves in the right manor, they may after a game, appear on television and face millions of viewers, they need to represent themselves well and are a representative for the club that employs them.
